If you, or the person you bought the product(s) for, are not completely satisfied with the item(s) for any reason whatsoever, please contact us to arrange a return of the goods within 30 Days and we will refund the purchase price. You do not have to tell us why you are returning the goods for a refund, although we would like to know so that we can improve the products in future.
If goods are in any way faulty we will replace them at our cost. Please inform us in writing of any damages within 3 days of receipt or contact our Customer Services department either by phone 01722 716121 or via email [email protected].
Any of the above will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
