These terms and conditions govern the supply of photographic storage accessories (the "Products") by S&N British Data Archive Ltd Trading as Arrowfile (Reg. No: 4223752, Registered in England and Wales) of Unit 6, West Wing, Manor Farm, Chilmark, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 5AF ("S&N British Data Archive Ltd", "we" or "us") to you.
When purchasing goods from this website, by clicking that you accept our terms and conditions you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they are amended and posted on our website from time to time.

You acknowledge that we have no obligation to provide our website to you or to ensure that you are able to access or use our website. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without notice to you to deny you access to all or part of the website or to terminate or suspend all or part of the website or any relationship you may have with us at any time.
Prices and Payment
Prices charged are as shown on the website at the time and date of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a product's price is higher than stated in your order, and you may cancel the order.
For orders placed using a promotional offer code, the prices charged will be as stated therein provided the offer is still current.
Charges for postage and packaging are as stated. All the prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Before your order can be dispatched we must receive payment in full including any carriage and insurance charges.
You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Product Availability
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if there is any extended delay or a product is unavailable, we will advise you by e-mail, phone or by post on availability and anticipated delivery.
All orders are subject to availability, and we are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means to the email address you have given us on registration or ordering. The order will be fulfilled by the date set in the confirmation or if the confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days from your order (this excludes Special Order products or products which are temporarily out of stock which may take more time to arrive).
You undertake that all details provided by you to us for the purpose of purchasing the products will be correct.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied please return the product(s) within 30 days from collection or delivery for a refund or replacement (excluding postage and packing charges). This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Returns
You may return your order by giving us notice of returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. All returns must be authorised and quote a returns code; please contact us to arrange a return. This can be done by e-mail or by phone, and we will then give you a returns authorisation code.
Please repack the product(s) using the original packaging supplied and send this back together with a note containing your name, address, order number and returns code.
You will then be entitled to a refund from us (excluding postage and packing charges), which shall be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from receipt by us of the returned product(s).
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no additional cost. Please inform us of any damage to the product(s) within 3 days of delivery. Unless product(s) are damaged, faulty or the wrong goods are sent in error, you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition.
Special Order Products – No Returns
We reserve the right not to accept back goods specially ordered on behalf of a customer unless faulty or covered by the manufacturer’s return policy. Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with special order returns to the manufacturer.
Liability
We promise that all products you purchase from our site will be of satisfactory quality. We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard the products, our website or any information or service provided through our website. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate but please note that all materials and information published on our website are provided on an "as is" basis.
