You may return your order by giving us notice of returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. All returns must be authorised and quote a returns code; please contact us to arrange a return. This can be done by e-mail or by phone and we will then give you a returns authoristion code.
Please repack the product(s) using the original packing supplied and send this back together with a note containing your name, address, order number and returns code. Product(s) must be returned unopened in unused, resalelable condition.
You will then be entitled to a refund from us (excluding postage and packing charges), which shall be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from receipt by us of the returned Product(s).
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Please inform us of any damage to the product(s) within 3 days of delivery. Unless product(s) are damaged, faulty or the wrong goods are sent in error you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition.
Special Order Products: We reserve the right not to accept back goods specially ordered on behalf of a customer unless faulty or covered by the manufacturer’s return policy. Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with special order returns to the manufacturer.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied please return the product(s) within 30 days from collection or delivery for a refund or replacement (excluding postage and packing charges). This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
