Summary
The secret of INTERCEPT® is that corrosive gases are bonded before they are able to form a bond with the metal in the coin. This molecular process takes place immediately. Unlike other VCIs (volatile corrosion inhibitors), no layer forms on the surface of the coin. The highly porous copper particles embedded in the plastic compound bond to the damaging gas molecules in the air, locking them away permanently. These Square Coin capsules individually protect your coins from direct handling, scratches and corrosive gases. With pre-cut black foam inserts for a range of coin sizes from 14mm to 41mm. The internal height of the capsule is 3.3mm. Square capsules are 50x50x6.25mm and available in packs of 6 of one size. These individual coin capsules can also be placed in many cases and trays such as Deluxe Quadrum case CQC01, Coin roll CROLL, Coin tray C41114, coin drawer CB2050 and Volterra Trio Case CV20.
